WOLFLABS ACCREDITED AS A LIVING WAGE EMPLOYER

As part of our ongoing commitment to a fair system for salary structure, Wolflabs is now accredited as a Living Wage Employer. The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum. In addition to being accredited as a Living Wage Employer Wolflabs also has systems in place to ensure there is no gender pay gap and that no individual earns too great a multiple of the lowest salary
