To obtain a quote, simply add the desired products to your basket and choose "Request a Quote." Alternatively, you can email us at sales@wolflabs.co.uk or reach out to us using our contact form available at https://www.wolflabs.co.uk/contactus/sales.
Our goal is to provide you with quotations within 24-72 hours. However, this timeframe may vary based on the complexity of the enquiry and whether we need to coordinate with manufacturers for specific details. If your enquiry is time-sensitive, please inform us when you contact us so that we can prioritise these accordingly.
Ordering
You have several options for placing an order. You can submit Purchase Orders through email to orders@wolflabs.co.uk, make orders via our website, call our sales team at 01759 301142, or use your company's eProcurement platform.
Payment
We accept payment by BACS, CHAPS, Debit or Credit Card.
Our standard terms are payment upfront for your first order. After this, you can complete credit account application forms and subject to all checks you should receive a credit account. If you have a credit account with us, payment is due 30 days from invoice date.
Please send an email to accounts@wolflabs.co.uk with your request to set up a credit account and our accounts team will send across credit application forms.
Invoicing
The invoice will be received via email to the accounts contact we hold once the goods have been dispatched. If you have a specific invoicing portal please let us know as we do use these.
Send an email to accounts@wolflabs.co.uk if you require an invoice copy. Please reference your order number in your request.
Send an email to accounts@wolflabs.co.uk if you require a copy of your account statement.
Delivery
We can arrange delivery to your goods inwards department, or for larger equipment or more complex deliveries we work with specialist agents to deliver direct to your lab, unpack and position the equipment. Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions regarding this service. Our specialist agents have a wide range of skills and equipment to facilitate many types of deliveries.
You can find details about where we distribute products from each manufacturer on our manufacturers page. At present, we do not export to North America or South America. However, if you're interested in exporting outside the UK, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll provide you with the necessary information.
