Where is your favourite place to visit?
This is probably a toss-up between Cornwall (Porthowan) and the Lake District. Cornwall is now a permanent annual fixture and has been for over 10 years now. The Lakes is a relatively new find for me. I remember going when I was at school, but I don’t think you appreciate things as much when you are that young. Stunning views at both!

Current Role?
As Operations Director my role is very varied, no two days are ever the same, which I love! I am the first point of contact for any new operational requests, and the project co-ordination for any process enhancements and developments. My primary role is to ensure change happens and facilitate that change for the benefit and longevity of the company. I also have ultimate responsibility for legal and regulatory compliance, career development and mentoring, and top-level customer service and HR issues.

Woldgate College, but I have learnt and developed most of my skills within the workplace.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Any spare time I may have is spent outdoors enjoying the Yorkshire scenery with my family, and walking my ever-increasing number of dogs! However, when the cold Yorkshire winters arrive, if I get the opportunity, I enjoy nothing more than sitting in front of the log burner reading.
What's the best thing about working for Wolflabs?
The camaraderie, friendships, and laughter. Also, the food, we have some very good bakers and chefs who like to share their skills with us!
Where is your favourite place to visit?
I have visited some very beautiful places all over the world, and I am still enjoying trying to find my favourite place. But anywhere isolated with rolling hills will ultimately always have my heart.

My role in the company mainly has me working in the order processing team, dealing with the daily administrative tasks. I love to sing and used to sing in a band until I had my children. I enjoy reading crime novels and going to the theatre with my daughter, as we both love musicals.

Where is your favourite place to visit?
I am lucky to have a weeks holiday every year in Cardigan Bay, West Wales. It doesn't sound exotic but the coastline is amazing and made even better if the sun is shining.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I enjoy making memories with my family and friends. My spare time is filled up with entertaining and walking my very mischievous German shorthaired pointer who keeps me on my toes. We especially love walking in the peak district. I also enjoy watching musicals.

An unexpected bacon sandwich round is always a big hit in the Wolflabs office. I also love the team atmosphere, we take parts in lots of events as a company. A highlight was when we completed 'Total Warrior' which was great fun.

Lake Garda is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. I have also spent many happy summers with my family on the beach in Polzeath in North Cornwall.

As Sales Representative and Tenders Manager, I closely monitor tendering process at Wolflabs, as well as I deal with quote enquiries from the sales area I look after. I work closely with both customers and suppliers, to ensure both of our regular quotes and tender responses meet all of their requirements and the best products are being chosen for our customer’s needs.
Where did you study?
I have received my BA and MA degree in Poland at two different universities - University of Adam Mickiewicz (English Philology) in Poznan and Academy of Physical Education (Tourism and Hospitality Management) in Poznan.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
It is hard to decide what is my biggest passion - cooking or eating. I love trying new recipes from all around the world and preparing some nice dishes for my friends! I also enjoy going to the gym (mainly to burn these calories!)

Where did you study?
Academics were never my strong point so University wasn’t on my agenda – I like to think I’ve learnt through life experience which to me, is priceless.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Spending time with my 2 children and husband comes top of my agenda. We love days out together and visiting family on weekends. I also love running and recently arranged Wolflabs to take part in the York 10k which meant we raised over £2000 for charity. I ran my first marathon in 2023, and plan to do an Ultra 50k in 2024.
What's the best thing about working for Wolflabs?
The Easter Egg hunt is hands down my favourite activity. I love the feeling of being a part of a family and genuinely enjoy going to work everyday. Feeling like a valued member of the company and being listened to is great.
Where is your favourite place to visit?
Rhodes will forever be my favourite place to visit outside of the UK. I also love exploring the Wolds which is right on my doorstep so I feel very lucky to be able to go whenever I want!
